It looks like you're trying to locate our Yello Help Center! Access to our help center is managed by way of Yello Enterprise or Yello Sourcing (formerly WayUp). Sign into either platform and do the following:

From your Yello Enterprise site, select the help icon (question mark) as shown below.

From your Yello Sourcing site, choose the profile menu (Hey, company name with your company logo in the top right) and select Help Center in the dropdown menu.

You may use the box below to be directed to your Yello Enterprise or Yello Sourcing site by inputting your URL and then clicking Go. Please include "https://" in your site URL address. Alternatively, you may use the browser address bar above to enter your site URL.

Once you are signed into the help site, you will need to re-click the article link you were previously trying to view.

Yello Employees can log in here and select Yello Help Center from the App Launcher.
